Who Are These Two?

Dirk and Dag were born 5 years apart as identical twins. Dirk, the younger, is the smarter of the two, but Dag is taller. Why does this matter? So you can tell them apart the next time they come knocking on your door to case the joint.

Dirk has the sad propensity (due to a very poor choice of a hubris during an ill-fated 7th Sea campaign) to fall in love with the wrong sort of woman. He still winces at the very mention of owls (don't ask).

Dag, on the other hand, seems incapable of turning down a good time, no matter what the danger. Given the frequency with which the two found themselves in trouble and the fact that their father practices law, it was only a matter of time before their favorite word became Allegedly.

As in, "Well, Dirk fell for a shapeshifting Russian witch who sometimes appears as a screech owl!" "ALLEGEDLY appears as a screech owl, Dag! Sometimes she looks like a great horned...oh, never mind."

Or, "Dag, have you gone and absconded with the church collection plate again?" "Allegedly absconded! Allegedly! My position is that I was simply making change!"

Thus, when starting a business venture, what other name could there be? Welcome to Alleged Enterprises.
